Yes. An OpenAI API key is required for core AI-backed workflows such as script generation, image generation, voice, transcription, and analysis where those features use OpenAI. Manual project review and editing can still happen in the app, but AI generation requires valid provider access. See the API key setup guide for step-by-step instructions with official links.

You can choose from four TTS providers: OpenAI, MiniMax, ElevenLabs, and Typecast. OpenAI covers standard voices, MiniMax and ElevenLabs add higher-quality, more natural voices, and Typecast adds voice-actor style voices that are especially strong in Korean. The voice picker loads each provider's list in its own tab with free sample previews, and you pay each provider directly with your own key. The API key setup guide covers all four.

In most cases the OpenAI API key does not activate because no payment method has been registered. A key created on an account with no billing set up and a $0 balance returns errors such as insufficient_quota, even though the key itself looks valid. Add a payment method and a small prepaid balance on the OpenAI billing page, then try again. Also re-copy the key and check for extra spaces. See the API key setup guide for the full billing steps.

MiniMax is optional. Add it when you want higher-quality TTS voices or image-to-video workflows. To control cost, start with still images and apply image-to-video only to key scenes. The API key setup guide covers MiniMax signup and key creation.

ElevenLabs is optional. Add it when you want its natural, expressive TTS voices as an alternative to OpenAI or MiniMax. Voices are now picked from a list inside the app instead of a pasted Voice ID, and previews cost no credits. ElevenLabs usage is billed by your own ElevenLabs account. Typecast is optional. Add it when you want voice-actor style voices, especially for Korean narration. In the app's voice picker, open the Typecast tab to load the list and play free samples before choosing, or paste a Voice ID directly; the ssfm-v30 and ssfm-v21 models are selectable. Usage is billed by your own Typecast account. The API key setup guide covers Typecast signup and key creation.

The default image-to-video model, Hailuo 2.3 Fast, is billed per clip, but H3 is billed per second, so cost grows with duration and scene count. That is why every screen where you can pick H3 shows a notice and batch conversion asks once more before starting. H3 also generates sound effects with the video and supports 4-15 second clips at 768P. The default stays Hailuo 2.3 Fast; high-quality production mode uses H3. No. Aon Pro Studio currently focuses on required OpenAI workflows, four selectable TTS providers (OpenAI, MiniMax, ElevenLabs, Typecast), and optional MiniMax image-to-video workflows (Hailuo 2.3 Fast and H3).

No hidden Aon-managed AI credit pool is bundled with the license. Your actual usage is governed by your own API provider accounts, balances, model access, and rate limits.

After purchase, find the license key provided with your order, launch Aon Pro Studio, choose license-key activation, and enter the key.

One license key activates one computer. If you move to a new computer or reinstall the operating system, release it yourself on our change computer page by entering your license key. You can change once every 30 days, and the old computer stops working within 10 days.

A refunded order may result in its related license key being deactivated. Refund eligibility and timing follow the policy of the purchase platform.

Start with a short one-click Shorts project using a simple topic. Review the script and scene prompts, render a short test, then open the editor to check subtitle position, audio balance, safe areas, and scene order before running larger batches.

You can create manual editor projects, one-click Shorts and longform, persona-based videos, motion graphics Shorts and longform, high-quality production Shorts and longform, queued automation projects, scripts, word-edited videos, highlight clips, thumbnails, and batch renders.

Persona mode creates Shorts and longform videos featuring a consistent AI character. Generate a character sheet from just a name (front, three-quarter, and full-body views in one image) or upload your own image, save it to the persona library, and reuse it across projects. Scene images are generated from the persona reference so the character stays consistent, and you control where it appears: every scene, intro/outro only, or explanation scenes only. Motion graphics mode keeps the one-click production flow but replaces the art-style dropdown with a style sheet image you pick visually. Three sheets ship with the app: Paper Collage, Ink Brush Wash, and Cyber Tech & HUD. Scene images are generated image-to-image from that sheet, so palette, typography, and elements stay consistent across the whole video. Every scene carries short on-screen titles, labels, and numbers, and a per-scene motion prompt is prepared for image-to-video. It requires gpt-image-2 or gpt-image-1.5, the OpenAI models that support the edit API. See the motion graphics overview.

High-quality production mode is a Pro-only specialized mode with nine steps you walk through yourself: script, voice, planning, characters, images, video, subtitles and BGM, review, and render. In the planning step you set shot size, camera angle, camera move, and lighting per scene from fixed dropdowns, and story characters are locked with character sheets so faces and outfits stay the same in every scene. Video is generated with MiniMax H3 as 4-15 second clips per scene, designed so each scene continues from the previous scene's last frame. Existing scenes are never regenerated behind your back - only missing ones are filled in - and autosave plus the High-Quality Library let you pick up where you left off. No. Full automation reduces repetitive production setup, but you should still review scripts, source material, subtitles, audio, factual claims, copyright concerns, and the final MP4 before publishing.

Yes, supported workflows can start from topics, news URLs, YouTube URLs, and book quote briefs. Access can fail if a URL is restricted, lacks usable audio/transcript data, or is blocked by network/provider limits. You are responsible for copyright, fair use, and publishing rights.

Aon Pro Studio is a production tool, not a rights-clearing service. Before commercial publishing, check the terms for your AI providers, stock media, BGM, source videos, scripts, images, and any third-party material you include.

Load a local video file or YouTube URL and transcribe it, then AI automatically analyzes the transcript and selects highlight-worthy moments for you. Review the suggested moments, fine-tune word boundaries, then export selected clips or a highlight compilation.

API keys are entered in the desktop application and stored locally by the app. Do not share screenshots or recordings that reveal real keys.

Check for extra spaces, provider billing status, account balance, model permissions, provider rate limits, and network access. The desktop app depends on provider availability for AI-backed steps.

For YouTube analysis, check whether the URL is public, accessible, and has usable speech or transcript data. For rendering, check output folder permission, disk space, source file paths, very long paths, GPU settings, and whether the output file is already open.

If a rendered MP4 won't play, or plays with no picture or no sound in your current player, try opening it in a media player with broad built-in codec support such as VLC Media Player, PotPlayer, or MPC-HC. Installing one of these usually fixes playback problems caused by missing system codecs. Also confirm the render finished completely and that the file is not still open in another program.

Download only from an official Aon Pro Studio purchase or product link and compare any published version or checksum details when available. If Windows Security or antivirus flags the EXE, do not disable protection globally. Check quarantine details, submit the file for vendor review if needed, and ask your IT administrator before installing on managed company PCs. On macOS, confirm the DMG source and review System Settings → Privacy & Security before allowing the app.
